Mind Body Healing
Your one-on-one session will involve a practitioner assisting and supporting yoga postures while guiding your process through client-centered, open-ended, and non-directive dialogue. The goal is to deepen personal awareness and increase self-acceptance.
Align & Flow
You will grow organically at your own pace to fulfill your fitness needs and mental clarity with 1-on-1 attention. The sessions will be designed around your specific needs and desires to help with optimum fitness and physical awareness.
Packages
Intro Mind Body Healing Session: On the first Tuesday of every month, from 8:00 p.m. to 8:40 p.m., experience a Free Trial. This is a 20-minute virtual session that serves as a stepping stone to your wellness journey. You will be guided through the basics of a one-on-one session.
Align & Flow Session: Based on Asana and technique, please come to one of my open classes to experience the flow. Class Schedules and locations
